This week, we are having the campus gallery walk of all the ISM students. We have all created display boards that cover our topic, original work, mentor, and overall journey so far.
I have a missing section: my mentor. As of now, the section remains blank as I wait for a response; however, I may need to fill it in with something else. I plan to fill it in with my interviews so far, if I don't have a confirmed mentor by tomorrow.
The creation of my trifold has reminded me that I am not an artist and exciting design elements are not my specialty. I'd consider the board minimal, clean, and neat- similar to most of what I design. With my blue color scheme, simple information, and lack of extra decals, this fits the label.
At the very least, I'm consistent.
Being sick last week, I have been stuck playing catch up in all of my classes. I have yet to be fully caught up yet, and that includes this class. I aim to be fully up to speed this week and back on track. However, my "caught up" is still behind most of those in my class. Nonetheless, this is not a game of comparison. I will continue to go at my own pace as, in the end, I will have achieved much and completed all that I should've.
